By submitting this form I understand and accept the payment terms and conditions that are linked to my trip and listed below:
- $100 per room non-refundable and non-transferrable deposit is required to secure a reservation.
- 40% balance will be due July 17, 2026.
- Balance will be due September 18, 2026.

Due date extensions must be approved by the resort and are case by case basis. Any requests for an extension must be requested prior to the due date.
-Late payments with an extension incur a fee of $25 per week late, no exceptions.
-No communication 48 hours after balance due date, room will be cancelled and no refund to be issued.
- Late payments incur a $25 fee per 5 business days late with no communication. Payment plans after final balance due date incur a $25 fee.
- Occupancy changes is subject to availability and change fee of $50 per change, and at the discretion of the resort.
- Name changes will be accepted until 70 days prior to arrival, subject to a $100 change fee, and at the discretion of the resort.
- Transportation – Roundtrip transfers from/to CUN can be included in the total cost for your trip (unless specified otherwise).
Cancellation of transportation after final due date, transportation cost is non-refundable.
- Please Note - Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event group contract.
- Airfare - Airfare can be arranged on your own or if you need assistance, please reach out to Asha. Airfare can be booked Monday-Friday.
- Valid Passport required - It is recommended that your passport is valid for 6 months past your return home date.
- Travel Insurance - You will be able to purchase Travel Insurance within 7 days of your initial payment or deposit for your trip. If you choose to opt out of Travel Insurance and later decide to add it onto your trip you must do so before your trip is paid in full, although you will no longer qualify for CFAR (cancel for any reason). *CFAR is not available for residents of NY.
