Welcome Friends & Family!
We are happy to announce that we will be celebrating our anniversary at Excellence El Carmen in Punta Cana, between May 18-25, 2025, and would love it if you could be a part of our celebration.
With the help of Stephanie, we have put together this special site that provides you with great exclusive rates and special events based on booking within the group. We thank you for booking your room within the coordinated block.

Here are the steps on how to set up your accommodations:
Select the “Book your Stay” tab.
Select your Hotel, Dates, and Room Category.
Fill out the form with all guest names and information.
Important: Please make sure to submit a $1.00 ‘‘deposit’’ payment following your booking form to secure your reservation.
Important Dates to Remember
March 10, 2025: Booking cut-off date.
30 days prior to arrival: Final Balance Due.
May 21, 2025: OUR ANNIVERSARY!
To make additional payments, please log back onto the website and submit your payment through the ‘‘Make a Payment’’ tab.
Important: Please make sure to submit your $1.00 deposit payment upon booking your room to secure your reservation.
How to submit your payments
Booking deadline under the discounted group rates is March 10, 2025. Any bookings made after this date will be subject to the public rates.
Final payment will be due 30 days prior to arrival.
- Non-refundable and non-transferrable.
- Due date extensions must be approved by the resort and are case by case basis. Any requests for an extension must be requested prior to the due date.
- Late payments with an extension incur a fee of $25 per week late, no exceptions.
- No communication 48 hours after balance due date, room will be cancelled and no refund to be issued.
Late payments incur a $25 fee per 5 business days late with no communication. Payment plans after final balance due date incur a $25 fee.
Occupancy changes is subject to availability and change fee of $50 per change, and at the discretion of the resort.
Name changes will be accepted until 37 days prior to arrival, subject to a $100 change fee, and at the discretion of the resort.
Transportation – Roundtrip transfers from/to PUJ are included in the total cost for your trip.
- Cancellation of transportation after final due date, transportation cost is non-refundable.
Please Note - Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event room block contract.
Airfare - Airfare can be arranged on your own or if you need assistance, please reach out to Stephanie. Airfare can be booked Monday-Thursday, 8 am-4pm PST or Friday, 8am-12pm PST, excluding holidays. Airfare cannot be arranges with Stephanie while she is out of the office.
Valid Passport required - It is recommended that your passport is valid for 6 months past your return home date.
Travel Insurance - You will be able to purchase Travel Insurance within 14 days of your initial payment or deposit for your trip. If you choose to opt out of Travel Insurance and later decide to add it onto your trip you must do so before your trip is paid in full, although you will no longer qualify for CFAR (cancel for any reason). *CFAR is not available for residents of NY.
Booking Terms & Conditions
A passport is required when traveling outside of the United States. Passports must be valid for at least 6 months beyond travel dates for international travel.

Travel Protection Insurance, (WHICH WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND because after final payment, the reservation is NON REFUNDABLE unless you have this valuable Travel Protection Insurance), which will protect your investment, along with giving you medical insurance while traveling internationally. The insurance premium is due at time of deposit. Currently, covered reasons are up to 100% reimbursable, non-covered up to 75% reimbursable. However, no representation or description of the insurance made by Timeless Travels to you, constitutes a binding assurance or promise about the insurance. Timeless Travels is not an insurance company and has no responsibility for the submission, payment or adjustment of any insurance claims. Any insurance claims that may fall under the relevant travel insurance policy must be submitted to the insurance company identified in the policy. You will be able to request a quote for Travel Insurance during the booking process under the ‘‘Book your Stay’’ tab.
