Your balance will be automatically charged by the resort to the card on file. - Late payments incur a $25 fee per 5 business days late with no communication. Payment plans after final balance due date incur a $25 fee. - Occupancy changes may be made up to 67 days prior, subject to a $50 change fee and/or rate increase after the November 10, 2024, deadline. - Name changes will be accepted inside of 37 days, subject to a $100 change fee and/or rate increase after the November 10, 2024, deadline. - Please Note – Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event room block contract. - Transfers – Transfers will be included in the cost of the room at check-out. Airfare can be booked Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. - Valid Passport required - passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel. - Travel Insurance - You will be able to purchase Travel Insurance within 14 days of your initial payment or deposit for your trip.
