By submitting this form I understand and accept the payment terms and conditions that are linked to my trip and listed below: - $1 per room temporary charge only. This is to validate the card that you will be placing on file to hold your reservation. - Final payment will be due 14-30 days prior to your arrival. Your balance will be automatically charged by the resort to the card on file. - Late payments incur a $25 fee per 5 business days late with no communication. Payment plans after final balance due date incur a $25 fee. - Occupancy changes may be made up to 67 days prior, subject to a $50 change fee and/or rate increase after the November 10, 2024, deadline. - Name changes will be accepted inside of 37 days, subject to a $100 change fee and/or rate increase after the November 10, 2024, deadline. - Please Note – Terms & Conditions are based on a Special Event room block contract. - Transfers – Transfers will be included in the cost of the room at check-out. Transfers are round-trip private and non-stop to the resort and back to the airport. - Airfare - Airfare can be arranged on your own or if you need assistance, please reach out to Stephanie. Airfare can be booked Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. - Valid Passport required - passport cannot expire within 6 months of travel. - Travel Insurance - You will be able to purchase Travel Insurance within 14 days of your initial payment or deposit for your trip. If you choose to opt out of Travel Insurance and later decide to add it onto your trip you must do so before your trip is paid in full, although you will no longer qualify for CFAR (cancel for any reason).
